Everything you need before you grab your passes and head to Gatton Park.
Purchase Details
- All tickets are digital and delivered via email.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- A valid photo ID is required for any alcoholic beverage sales.
Age & Entry Policy
- All ages welcome. Children 10 and under enter free with a ticketed adult.
- Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Valid government-issued ID required for wristband pickup.
Refund & Exchange Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
- Rain or shine event — no refunds for weather.
- Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.
What to Know
- Gates open at 4:30 PM Friday and 11:30 AM Saturday.
- Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband.
- No outside food, drinks, or coolers allowed.
